Class Availability
Class availability depends upon the number of enrolled families. For the best experience, we like to have between six and twelve registered children per class. Classes may be canceled or consolidated with advance notice and registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that your place is not guaranteed until we have confirmed and accepted payment.
Refunds
Tuition and registration fees are refundable in full if you need to cancel earlier than two weeks before the first class. Refunds are still possible until the end of the first week of classes, although a $25 administrative fee will be charged. After the first week of classes, tuition is non-refundable. In special circumstances if a family needs to withdraw then credit may be given for a future session. In all cases, opened materials cannot be returned or refunded.
Make-up Classes
If you need to miss a class and would like to attend another class as a make-up, you must notify us so we can make sure there is space. Make-up classes are allowed on a space-available basis. Make-ups can only be redeemed during the current session and do not carry over into future terms.
